How can I change my accountants and how easy can this be?
Why should I change my existing accountants?
If your existing accountant doesn’t offer the type of service you want or doesn’t meet your business needs or fees not right for you. If ACKACS offers your required service, then please consider changing over to us it’s easy. This may involve a letter of instruction from you and either informing your existing accountant or we can take care of everything else for you. Your current accountant is normally not allowed to charge for providing the normal handover information.
You have range of services. Are your fees expensive?
No! Our charges are competitive and we can offer either hourly or fixed fees and depend on the service provided. We know we may not always be the cheapest and many times the cheapest is the most expensive. However, we are not expensive and we offer excellent value for our services. It will be right to say that we don’t undertake work without a proper fee arrangement and you are made clear in advance.
I want to ask for a visit. Do you charge for your initial consultation?
No! Our initial consultation is totally free of charge. But we always look forward to a visit as it’s an opportunity to first understand your business needs, have a look at your books and financial records and also recommend our services that would be suitable for your business needs. We are also happy to welcome your visit should you prefer that.
How soon and when can I expect your visit?
We are very flexible and can visit as soon as you want and whenever is best for you; we are able to work around your availability. You only need to let us know by contact us and we will try and fit you in.
What are your office working hours?
We are very flexible but our normal office working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm, other time can be arranged.
Can our quoted fixed fee be guaranteed?
Yes! Our quoted fees can be guaranteed at least for a year where there are no changes in the volume of work quoted for. We want your business for long term and would like to fix our fees for longer. However, there might be some occasions when it may be necessary to increase the quoted amount for example, if the volume of work undertaken change or for a normal inflationary raise. Whatever the case we would guarantee that the fee we charge would be reasonable and fair for the value of service provided.
